Why is NTDOY up 20% after-hours?

Also, RH wouldn’t let me sell any. I’m guessing because it’s a Japanese company that it’s ineligible for after-hours trading in the US? It wouldn’t tell me why, it just queued my order for Monday, so I cancelled.
