Where can I learn more how people are running things when they start individual companies with company names such as “<Last Name> Capitall”?

I follow a lot of people on X who I really admire their stock analysis as I hear them on X spaces. I also see their posts on what they think of any particular growth stock. It seems that they are doing full time investment, but I wouldn't call it simple speculative trading or day trading. They often have their own company and seem very astute and incorporate their efforts. For example, if a guy is named Person123, he has "Person123 Capital" and it appears to be just a one man company.

What are some good resources (a good book on their full journey perhaps?) to learn what people are doing in such endeavors?

Evaluating business/stock is one of my fun hobbies. I am a conservative and cautious investor (no yolos). I love stock investment, company strategy evaluation write-ups, corporate balance sheet analysis, options trading, real estate investment, doing write-ups evaluating companies, etc. I would LOVE to take a 1-2 year hiatus from corporate America and try doing something like this full time at some point for a year or two and make it into a formal company. I know some individuals are full-time in managing their own portfolio (i.e "family office"), and some are full time day traders. However, I am not looking for this. I want to start something and kind of just see where it can go while perfectly understanding it's all a very competitive space. If nothing, it can be on my resume as I started an investment company.
