What is the maximum percentage a single stock should represent in your retirement portfolio?

Simple question. I’ve been investing for awhile and I have one particular stock that has performed quite well, I’m confident in the product, and the earnings look great for the last five quarters..but right now, it represents 20 percent of my total portfolio by weight, partly because it’s done so well. Is this too much, and would you rebalance?
