Ive been studying accounting to better understand income statements and cash flow type things. The only thing i cant really find clarification on is financing cash flow. If this number is negative, is it a good thing because a company is buying back shares and paying off debt or do i have it backwards? Does a negative financing cash flow mean they are taking on more debt and selling shares?
