There are fuck tons of companies in Vietnam which are issueing more shares but never tell the press. It makes the graph simply look like it got a nosedive. However, when they issueing more shares, they are not simply increasing the number of stocks, but they do it in this way "they issueing preferential stocks for those who already own the stock". It means, for example, if you own 1000 shares that are currently at $40, you will have opportunity to buy another 500 at the price of $10. That means for anyone who doesn't buy the "preferential shares", they just straight up lose money. What the fuck is going on with this market?
