Idk how cynical or how ethical it is or if people get offended by it. I try to take the emotions out of it and just calculate, but I have enough social intelligence to know that others might not approve and not sure how to wrestle with it or if this is a discussion we’re allowed to have.
Here’s what I know.
I’ve made enormous amounts of money more or less just lump summing tragedies. Ex: Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.
Are you a crisis buyer? What are the ethics of it in your view? Are we allowed to talk about this?
I can kind of justify it by almost showing solidarity with the market or something idk.
