Sify Technologies Ltd. Announces the Voluntary Delisting Date of its ADS Rights from NASDAQ
Can someone please simply explain what this means for me as someone who owns some of these shares? The stock is now listed as two stocks, something like SIFY and SIFYR, when I check it. It was one before. It’s also down something like 25% today. I’m not sure what this means and if I need to do something about it (I’d rather just hang onto it, unless there’s a good reason not to). I know it’s all subjective in the “what to do” decision but I don’t get what the article is saying or why it matters. I’ve never seen this before. Thanks so much.
