For those participating in the RDDT Directed Share Program, I just got an email stating the following:
We’re writing to notify you that the price for the Reddit, Inc. (the "Company") initial public offering ("IPO") is scheduled to officially set this evening, March 20, 2024 any time after 5.00 pm Eastern Time. Once the offering has priced, you will receive an email from Morgan Stanley that will include pricing information and instructions on how to confirm your allocation of shares. You will only be able to confirm your allocation after receiving this email.
Once the IPO price is set, confirm the number of shares you wish to purchase by March 21, 2024, 7:00 a.m. Eastern Time. If you do not confirm by the deadline, no shares will be allocated to you.
