As of today, McDonald’s is my worst performing stock. When I invested in 2023, it was actually my best investment and I made a good amount. That is no longer the case. I suspect the boycotts must be working, as ever since there has been a sharp decline. I’m not in the red yet, but I’m very seriously considering selling my share before it gets any lower, just to cut bait.
My understanding is that since MCD is so huge, it’s likely they’ll eventually come back up due to the demand of fast food in a fast moving world that doesn’t intend to slow down. That being said, it’s a risk either way, though one is significantly safer 🤷♂️
