I’ve bought Delta Air Lines stock today and I’m thinking about buying another airline considering how cheap they are. I cannot decide between Lufthansa and Air France KLM.
Lufthansa is more expensive (P/E of 5) though it has better interest coverage ratio (near 5 compared to Air France’s less than 4).
On the other hand, Air France has ridiculously low P/E of 2. However if we take average profit from last 12 months and years 2018-2019 (skipping the losses in pandemic era) the P/E ratio goes up to 4.
What do you think about those companies? Which one is a better investment?
