Multiple job holders increasing:

It seems job report data has unemployment under 4%, but it seems most of the new jobs are part time / 2nd jobs. In fact the number of multiple job holders has been increasing, which could be seen as more of a negative than positive.
Full time jobs have actually been falling the past few months.
It seems layoffs were restricted to tech at first, but have been spreading to other sectors as of late.
Curious on thoughts about this, am I missing something, or is the data not that great?
