Is this bad retirement account growth?

I have 2 vanguard accounts. One is a Brokerage Account account with $38k of my own money post tax and one Rollover IRA Brokerage Account with $44k of 401k roll overs. I opened the account in 2019 and regularly contributed to it until my most recent employer started using Fidelity so I have my 401k pointed to that now.
Here is the investment allocation:

VXUS
Vanguard Total International Stock ETF
542.533 Quantity
$32,351.24 – Current Value
+$3,647.18 – Growth
39% – Allocation Percentage

VTI
Vanguard Total Stock Market ETF
194.248 Quantity
$49,825.35 – Current Value
+$13,110.28 – Growth
61% – Allocation Percentage

In the last 5 years my growth is approximately $20k. This seems pretty bad averaging only $4k a year. What am I even doing? Should I YOLO some of this on crypto? 4k a year is pretty bad imo to have all this money tied up.
