Specifically using an investment that made me money a few years ago ([https://finance.yahoo.com/quote/CWEB](https://finance.yahoo.com/quote/CWEB) ).
I see the FED cutting rates 2X in the late summer and these leveraged investments out of China will skyrocket. What are all your thoughts on this?
