Interest on Collateral used for Cash Secured Puts (Robinhood vs Fidelity)

Hi all,

I have been trading for the past 5 years primarily Stocks and learning to trade CSP options for the past few months.

I have been using Robinhood as my primary trading platform.

One of the major advantages I see in RH is the ease of using the App and its UI.

One of the cons is that the collateral used for selling the CSP is not considered Uninvested and hence I don’t earn interest on it (5% interest).

I heard other trading platforms like Fidelity give around 5% interest for the capital used as Collateral for selling CSPs. Is that true?

If yes, what are those platforms and which one do you recommend and for what reason?

Thank you 🙂
