I am trying to find a reliable source of market catalysts like stock splits, M&A Rumors, bankruptcy…etc.
I am learning event-driven investing and found it much more effective vs foundamental and technical analysis. Buy the M&A rumor and if the M&A doesn't happen, it won't hurt much.
Is there a good source free or paid that you can recommend? It would be even better if it could alert me of these events.
I know many forex websites that provide broader economic indicators but are not helpful for stocks.
