DNZOF is OTC and has a $50 transaction fee on Schwab and DNZOY OTC ADR not transaction fee but a hefty ADR management fee on dividends (used by ~%16 but the last one it was ~22%). Which one is better for long-term holding? I hope DNZOF doesn't have any other fees
