Compound High Yield Dividend Investing

I have been thinking of the best ways to build wealth for myself as a 22 year old. One idea that came to mind was, if I were to Invest let’s say 20k into JEPI & JEPQ with let’s say an average of 7% monthly dividends. That would give me ~365 shares of either. At a 7% monthly yield that would be $1397 per month?! Then if I reinvest that I could continue to by shares and build my monthly dividend.

My question is what could possibly be the downsides of this strategy?
