The merger with Cisco has received EU approval and my broker (IBKR) has flagged SPLK as “No Opening Trades: DTC Chilled or Ineligible”. The merger is not scheduled to complete until Q3. What does this mean to me as a SPLK shareholder? Must I hold these stocks until CISCO buys them or can I place a sell order at the CISCO agreed price of $157?
