Best account for fun investing?

Hello, this is probably a silly question but I am curious what is the best account for “fun” investing. I currently have a Roth IRA that I will be maxing out this year, I also have a 403b through my employer, a fully funded emergency fund, and no debt aside from my mortgage.

I use the set it and forget it method for my retirement accounts but I would like to start investing and buying individual stocks as a hobby outside of retirement. I won’t be putting a ton of money towards this, maybe a few hundred here and there just for fun. Essentially I will only put in what I am not worried about losing.

Would account should I use for this? Webull? I assume this should be entirely separate from my retirement accounts.

Thanks for the tips!
