An S&P 500 ETF weighted to the top 10-30 holdings?

Hear me out. Why not weight the top 10-30 holdings of the S&P to the weights of the 1-30, move the top 10 down to the weighting of 31-40, and then leave the rest the same. It seems like historically the biggest growth comes from the rise into the top 10, once there you’re often a massive $1T+ company trying to justify staying at the top. Weighting it this way captures the rise/growth. Has anyone back tested this strategy?

I suppose something similar could be created with a blend of SPY and RSP but not the same situation.
