Is there really no way to get stock prices for commercial use for free?

I am working on creating stock screening & visualizing web service.

I can use financial statement data from EDGAR,

but about stock prices, I couldn’t find the free source.

Of course I can do some scrapping from any website like investing.com or something,

but that’s not I want to it. I want safe data to use.

Is there really no way to do that?

It doesn’t have to be historical, close prices of Nasdaq & NYSE stocks should be fine.

And it’s ok if not downloadable, as long as it is html based data.
