How do you go about investing with a small portfolio?

I’m a college student, and 10% of my portfolio is perhaps pennies to you guys, and even that is considered by some as an overly concentrated portfolio. I don’t have that much money to DCA with, so I have to worry all the time about buying too late, too high. If I invest a small part of my money, if a stock pops, I get pennies. I constantly feel bad about it and think, “Oh no, I bought too little.” When Palantir popped after the recent earnings, I got a little payout. I tried to feel happy about it, I really want to feel happy about it, but I can’t and instead I feel bad that I bought too little. Is there anyone that used to invest with not that much money? What is your approach? How do
